Joe Galloro
Chief Executive Officer
Joe Galloro, the CEO of Grajen Homes, has been immersed in the world of construction since the age of 10, collaborating with family and friends on various construction projects. Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the building trade by the age of 18, he was ready to embark on his independent journey, securing his inaugural renovation project.
In the 1970s, Joe’s trajectory in the construction industry evolved from renovations to the creation of custom-built homes, eventually extending into the development of communities across Southern Ontario. Joe’s unwavering creativity permeates every project, reflecting his genuine passion for crafting beautiful homes. Deeply rooted in the realm of custom homes, Joe ensures each dwelling is distinctly unique – a testament to his commitment to individualized design.
As a devoted family man, Joe takes immense pride in knowing that his creativity and hard work have contributed to the support and growth of his family. His wife, Donna, along with children Grace, Jennifer, and Paul, and his granddaughter Isabella, share in his pride and express gratitude for his numerous achievements.
Jennifer Galloro
Having collaborated closely with Joe for over a decade, Jennifer has seamlessly followed in the footsteps of her father, channeling her passion for design into the essence of Grajen Homes. Serving as the COO of Grajen Homes and functioning as an Independent Real Estate Agent, Jennifer finds immense satisfaction in witnessing barren lands transform into thriving communities, where homeowners take pride in their residences.
Each community Jennifer contributes to holds a special place in her heart, each possessing its own distinct personality. Similar to her father, she delights in the process of designing homes that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality. In every project, Jennifer is dedicated to enhancing the livability of homes, always on the lookout for the finest materials.
As Jennifer continues to uphold the Grajen Homes legacy, she envisions a future adorned with flourishing neighborhoods and communities residing in homes that not only boast beauty but also harbor countless cherished memories for years to come.
Paul Galloro
ADMINISTRATIVE AND DESIGN COORDINATOR
…and then there’s Paul, serving as Executive Administrative Manager. Similar to his father, Paul began working on construction sites at a very young age, cleaning up after the crew and grabbing out-of-reach tools for his father when needed. Inspired by his father’s creativity and passion, Paul found his own passion was in health and wellness, making it his focus through post-secondary education and into his early career.
Offering both on-site and administrative support throughout the years, Paul saw a way to blend his expertise in wellness into home design and construction. He began collaborating with Jennifer on the design of custom homes and renovation projects to offer homeowners not only a place to live, but a place to nurture their well-being.
Paul is proud of how Grajen Homes has flourished over the years under the guidance of his father and hard work of his sister and cannot wait to see how Jennifer continues this legacy into the future.
About Grajen Homes
In 1974, Joe built his first home − a brand-new 1,200 sq. ft., 3-bedroom home in mid-town Toronto. After a decade of building homes around the city, Joe took his experience the next level by building custom built homes in Richmond Hill.
Another decade passed and Joe was ready to expand his vision further, building small communities of custom built homes in Cobourg and Sarnia and eventually expanding into Oshawa, Newcastle, Lindsay, and Innisfil.
Grajen Homes is a family-operated business, building homes with elegance and functionality at front of mind. The models of Grajen Homes are given unique names inspired by gemstones, because just like a precious stone, each of our homes are unique, elegant, and built to last a lifetime. It is not lightly that we’ve chosen to include the “of Excellence” to follow our name!
